In this regard, in February 2019, within the framework of the aforementioned regulations, the Company’s highest administrative bodies approved the Policy and System for the Prevention of Corruption, which are intended to promote zero tolerance against any act of corruption. This Policy and System, together with the Corruption Prevention and U.S. Economic Sanctions Guidelines and the Anti-Corruption & Sanctions Due Diligence Procedures, are part of our Anti-Corruption Framework, and are mandatory compliance for all employees, representatives, directors and officers, as well as for the Company’s business partners and stakeholders.
Likewise, whistleblowing channels have been implemented through which you may report any attempt, suspicion or certainty of any corruption crime of which you are aware (these reports may also be made anonymously).
