PERU LNG conducts its business in compliance with strict standards of excellence and ethics, laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-corruption norms issued in Peru and the United States, including:

• The Law N° 30424, that regulates the liability of legal entities and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree N° 002-2019-JUS, as well as its amending and complementary rules.
• Articles 241-A and 241-B included in the Criminal Code as provided for in Legislative Decree N° 1385.
• The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

In this regard, in February 2019, within the framework of the aforementioned regulations, the Company’s highest administrative bodies approved the Policy and System for the Prevention of Corruption, which are intended to promote zero tolerance against any act of corruption. This Policy and System, together with the Corruption Prevention and U.S. Economic Sanctions Guidelines and the Anti-Corruption & Sanctions Due Diligence Procedures, are part of our Anti-Corruption Framework, and are mandatory compliance for all employees, representatives, directors and officers, as well as for the Company’s business partners and stakeholders.

Likewise, whistleblowing channels have been implemented through which you may report any attempt, suspicion or certainty of any corruption crime of which you are aware (these reports may also be made anonymously).
