In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Pampa Melchorita Processing Plant of PERU LNG S.R.L. is operated by HUNT LNG
OPERATING COMPANY S.A.C., as Operator. Through the Operator, the installation, operation, and maintenance activities of the Processing Plant are carried out, in accordance with the Agreement entered into between PERU LNG S.R.L. and the Peruvian Government. In this regard,
it is expressly stated that the internship program will be carried out at HUNT LNG OPERATING COMPANY S.A.C. By applying, candidates
accepts that they have been duly informed that, if they successfully complete the selection process and are offered an internship position, the
internship will be performed at HUNT LNG OPERATING COMPANY S.A.C., and not at PERU LNG S.R.L.
