Lima, February 10th of 2026. With the purpose of ensuring larger independence, objectivity, and confidentiality in the reception and recording of reports of any attempt, suspicion, or certainty of acts that may affect the integrity of its operations, PERU LNG is reinforcing its Transparency Channel, which will be managed by an independent third party. This improvement is accompanied by a comprehensive update of the Procedure for the Management of the Transparency Channel. Access the Transparency Channel by clicking here.
The procedure adopts a staged system, which strengthens traceability and management of the Channel. Likewise, the document changes its name: previously “Procedure for Handling Complaints,” now “Procedure for the Management of the Transparency Channel.” In addition, it updates responsibilities and workflows in line with the outsourcing of the Transparency Channel.
It is important to note that all reports are recorded with a unique code and can also be submitted anonymously. Retaliation is prohibited. The Transparency Channel is a preventive tool against corruption (public and private), money laundering, terrorism financing, tax and customs crimes, cybercrime, fraud, among others covered by the company’s Crime Prevention System.
