The program Allin Minkay was launched in the cities of Huamanga, Huaitará and Chincha, located in the regions of Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Ica, respectively. This program, which is designed to promote agricultural and livestock development, is supported by PERU LNG as part of its commitment to sustainable development in the area of its operations.

Allin Minkay is an agricultural and livestock development program seeking to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of the families in extreme poverty in the communities within 120 localities of the direct area of influence of PERU LNG located in the regions of Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Ica, through their productive and sustained incorporation into the local and regional economy. In the 120 localities, 6,700 families will directly benefit from this program.

The program will contribute to improve productivity levels through an adequate management of natural resources (water, soil and plants), trade of agricultural and livestock products, strengthening of the producers’ business organization and the establishment of productive chains.

The program is the result of an integral participative process performed in the area by identifying the main needs and assessing the different alternatives of community projects contributing to rural development.

PERU LNG has assigned the execution of Allin Minkay United for Agricultural and Livestock Development to ADRA PERU, a local NGO recognized for its experience in the implementation of sustainable development projects, will develop the program on behalf of PERU LNG.
